    Description: Bach for Easter
    One of London's most beautiful churches provides the setting for two of Bach's greatest choral achievements, motet Jesu, Meine Freude and cantata Christ Lag in Todes Banden, preceded by a suite by his eldest son, performed by the City Bach Collective. Stroman also provides an illuminating insight into Bach's methods through his 14 Canons, discovered in 1974 as an appendix to the composer's personal copy of the Goldberg Variations.
